Our team checks each and every item with keen eyes before delivering apparel your way.However, we follow a no-return policy. In case any issues arise, we've got you covered under the circumstances below.

Sale & Discounted Products

All sale items (purchases made using coupon codes, gift cards, or promotional offers) are not eligible for return or refund. We kindly request customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order for sale products.

Return Not Accepted In These Cases Exchange or return requests may not be accepted if: • The customer does not prefer the color, fabric, fit, or design after delivery • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery • Original tags or packaging are missing • An unboxing video is not provided • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery • The product was purchased during sale or promotional offers.

If the requested size is unavailable, refund can be processed.

  1. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
  2. Exchanges are applicable only for size-related concerns and Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  4. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Color& Product Disclaimer

  1. We make every effort to display product colors as accurately
    as possible. However, please read the product description carefully and then
    make your purchase.
  2. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, editing,
    and screen settings.
  3. Minor differences in print, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur as our
    products are handcrafted and artisan-made.
  4. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
