Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

If reverse pickup service is available for your location, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address.

The applicable reverse shipping charges incurred for the exchange will be borne by the customer and deducted accordingly.

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers will be requested to courier the parcel back to us at their own expense.
